Mental Wellness Coaching
Not to be confused with psychology, psychotherapy, or psychiatry (all of which are medical fields), mental wellness coaching takes a different approach to mental health.
Rather than digging into any physical or chemical issues that might be causing problems for you mentally or emotionally, we work to identify self-defeating attitudes, thoughts, or emotions that are holding you back. These are areas that we can address with mindfulness, objective setting, and building a plan to a better state of mind.
Should we see indications that a more serious illness or chemical imbalance is at play, we would be happy to introduce you to professional mental health practitioners as a courtesy.
Physical Health and Wellness Coaching
The biggest barrier to you maintaining a healthy physical condition is you more often than not. This is where physical health and wellness coaching can be of great value to you.
